Penn is the best tennis balls, wilson balls one will fluff up one will be slick , but this is no deal you can buy them at wal-mart for 1.99 a can !

You can never go wrong with Penn tennis balls. Many major tennis championships use these very same balls. The are very durable and they provide excellent bounce and works well for players whether you play flat or with a lot of spin.

The 9 Pack is also an excellent bargain for the price. I would recommend it to tennis players looking for a great deal on quality tennis balls.
