Product Description
The Head TiS5 Comfort Zone is best suited to a beginning to intermediate level player with a slow to medium speed swing who requires a generous sweetspot that is easy on the arm (thanks to Head's Comfort Zone technology). Open string pattern further enhances sweetspot without sacrificing control. Comfort Zone is the new patented dampening system made up of a combination of a hard and soft material reduces string vibration up to 25%. The cone shape of the grommets optimizes the sweetspot area on the string. The additional dampening of the ComfortZone provides for ultimate comfort. The sweetspot is enlarged by 20% and ball acceleration is increased.

5 out of 5 stars Great racquet   January 13, 2009
My daughter was having trouble with finding a correct grip size as well as a light-weight racquet and this racquet works perfect for her. I would highly recommend this racquet for anyone that wants a smaller grip and a light-weight racquet.

This is a great performing racquet, especially for the price.
I have two of these and have been using them for the past five years.
It is very light, so best suited for net play and quick strokes.

This is a realy good racquet for beginners/intermediate players. I am a beginner and was looking for something thats comfortable/light weight. This raquet fits that profile.

Its a little bit expensive but for the quality and the product you get i would definitely recommend it to others.

Dear Potential Customers,

I am a college tennis player, and I dont want to sound bais for the players who are not a hard hitter, but I am. If you are a player who is a hard hitter, dont and I telling you again, dont buy this racquet. It is very light. In one of my tennis matches the strings did not broke, but it was the handle that broke in half. Also the racquet could not handle the impact of the ball, which made my shots miss some of mph, which experienced players knows could make a world of a difference in a match. When you play against other power players with this racquets the impact of the ball pushes you back, and prevents you from being in control in the rally, and your on the defense all the time, which is very annoying. My average serve is at 105mph. With this racquet it was at 85mph, and the impact was not good on my wrist. Again I know that many raquets handle are made of wood, but the wood on this handle is extremly light and cant take much force. I am telling you the truth.

My sister has the same racquet and she still has it till this day because she is not a power player. This is not an agressive racquet. Also it has a very oversized frame. It lasted 2days for me.

The best racquet I have ever played with is the Head TiS2. Nothing beats that racquet. Unfortunately Amazon dont have it. I think it is the only racket that is in between for a power player but also provides the best control. Also the TiS2 is very affordable at 70dollars or less. I was looking for an upgrade and I thought the TiS5 was the best solution. Not True.
