nice thing February 16, 2010 E. J. de Cuba (Melbourne, FL United States) As a player that goes through overgrips very often this 12 pk realy gives me more value. The tackyniss and cushion is very much present. As a player that used to play with leather grip before using overgrips I will be stretching these over grips to make the feel somewhat stiffer but tackyniss is better and absorption is good.
Review not on the product but for not receiving it. January 31, 2010 Yeo Horng Lieh 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
Did not receive the item. Item loss in delivery and I got no refund for it!!! Nothing to review. I have been using this grip all along, that is why I ordered the product.
Great Overgrip January 23, 2010 DiggityDAwg This overgrip is the best i have ever used. Other overgrips lack tackiness and the ease of apllying.
Great deal and a great grip tape! January 19, 2010 R. Chang (MI) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If you get this with free super saver shipping, this works out to be about $1 per wrap. That's quite a deal for some very nice wraps that work and last.
I use these on my racquetball handle but it will work great on any racquet. The grip level is perfect -- just enough so that the racquet does not twist in your hand and not too much so that switching grips between forehand and backhand is not impeded.
The grip is super easy to install and have the little 'extras' to make it simple. For example:
1) The grips come with a clear saran-wrap coating on one side that you need to peel off before wrapping it around your racquet.
2) The wrap comes with one end cut at an angle so that you get a proper wrap angle.
3) The tip also has a piece of double-sided tape stuck to it to keep it in place while you start wrapping.
4) It comes with a pre-cut piece of tape to finish taping the final end to the racket.
The wrap is also not too thin nor too thick. I did remove the original, factory wrap on my racquet before I put this on.
It also seems to have a very nice wear level. I have played 4 weeks now (3 games a week) and have no wear holes.
Great, but white???? August 23, 2009 C. L. Moore (Houston, TX United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These grips are great even when it is really hot and you are sweating. Make sure you peal the clear plastic off first and begin the wrap with the non-tapered end. Now the only thing bad about them - why white? I change them sooner because they show dirt soon. I never knew my hands were so filthy. After about 10 hours of tennis (over several days) it begins to look like Pigpen has been using my rackets. Why don't they make them leather color, some kind of brown or tan? You don't think that they considered this and sell many more because of being white?
